Sewing Day

On the school holidays my daughter Mia begged Nanna and myself to make this owl she found in a book called "We Love To Sew", by Annabel Wrigley. It turned out to be the perfect sewing project for the kids as it was something they could finish in the one day. We all had so much fun making them and the kids proudly placed them on their bed when finished. I think they did an amazing job!

New Painting

Finished my latest painting today. It's called "Another Day in Paradise", Rottnest. Now putting my thinking cap on for my next painting...

Oh my goodness!!! For almost a year I have been trying to access my blog account with no luck because of some technical issue with signing out. I was finally able to fix it tonight which means I can now post again. Yay! So in celebration I have posted a photo I took of flowers from our garden I had on our table for a Sunday Easter lunch. The drought of posts have ended!!
